- Sworn and civilian staff of a police, fire or EMS agency, at the department's discretion. The department decides who gets its code.
- Do I have to prove I am a first responder?
- No. There is no ID upload. Codes go to departments, and the department shares them with its people.
- Does it work on the monthly plan?
- The offer is on the annual plan only: $39.99 a year instead of $57.99.
- Is the discount every year?
- Yes. Your department gets a new code each year; redeem it before your renewal and the next year is 30% off too. Miss it and that year renews at the regular $57.99, and the next code works at the renewal after. Cancel anytime from your iPhone's Settings, under Subscriptions.
- I already subscribe. Can I still use a code?
- Yes. Redeem it and the discounted year starts at your next renewal.
