Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mobber (the iOS app and the website at mobber.io), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Mobber.

The service

Mobber lets you plan workouts, log what you lift and eat, save recipes, and see trends. It is a tracking tool, not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Calorie targets, progression suggestions, estimated one-rep maxes, nutrition facts read from a label, and recipe estimates are starting points worked out from published formulas, public databases, and your own logs. They can be wrong. Use your judgment, and talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a medical condition.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Mobber, or at least 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share an account or use someone else's.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. That removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and free trial

• Mobber is sold as an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly, billed through your Apple Account. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe.
• New subscribers get a free trial. When the trial ends your subscription starts and Apple charges the price shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and Apple charges your account within 24 hours before the renewal, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your device's Settings under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If your subscription ends, your account and your data stay, and you can keep viewing and exporting them. Logging new entries needs an active subscription. We may change prices for future periods, and we will tell you before a change takes effect.

Your content

What you log, the foods and recipes you create, and the photos you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, including sending label and recipe photos to our AI provider to read them, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload content you have the right to use.

Shared catalogs

Exercises and foods you add are visible to you only, except that nutrition facts read from a product label may be added to the catalog every user sees, without anything that identifies you. Do not add content that is misleading, infringing, or unlawful. We may correct or remove catalog entries at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break into other accounts, overload or probe our systems, scrape the service, reverse engineer the app, or use Mobber for anything illegal. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Availability and changes

Mobber is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change, add, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mobber LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Apple

These terms are between you and Mobber LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to support it. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it at home.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially we will update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Mobber after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: the support page.
